NooCube Review UK

There are a lot of ways to keep the brain healthy and well-oiled, and much of it has to do with diet, exercise, and healthy amounts of sleep. However, you can also take nootropics supplements which are basically smart pills designed for the brain. One of the most popular nootropics is NooCube, a product that claims to offer a synergistic blend of natural ingredients that can boost brain power and brain health.

The human brain is the most complex organ in the human body, and with good reason. The brain controls every little thing we do from eating, breathing, and running all the way to how fast we digest food and recover from injury. Because of what it’s done and always doing, it’s only natural that you want to make sure the brain is always in top shape.

NooCube ingredients

NooCube is known to be a good starting nootropic due to how relatively affordable it is without sacrificing the quality of the formula. It uses eight ingredients, and they say each of these ingredients synergizes with one another to offer the best nootropic experience.

Let’s check out what’s inside NooCube.

Vitamins

Vitamin B complex

We have Vitamin B1, Vitamin B7, and Vitamin B12. Other than B12, these three B vitamins aren’t the usual combo you’d find in a typical B-complex blend. However, these are still important vitamins, with a few benefits for the brain.

Key ingredients

Bacopa Monnieri (20% Bacosides)

One of the best nootropics out there, Bacopa Monnieri is known to help with memory and is especially beneficial for people who are studying for a test or tasked to speak in front of an audience.

L-Tyrosine

Tyrosine is known for its role in focus, concentration, and mental energy. The focus benefit is why so many supplements add tyrosine in their formulas, especially pre workouts.

Cat’s Claw

Cat’s Claw quite literally resembles a cat’s claw in nature, hence the name. Researchers say it helps protect your brain from excessive oxidation and inflammation.

Cat's Claw

Oat Straw

Oat Straw boosts cognition in short bursts. This means if you need that extra brain power now, oat straw is a good choice.

Oat Straw

L-Theanine

Theanine is the calming and anti-stress compound found in tea. It’s so good at what it does that formulas that have stimulants like caffeine put theanine to act as a buffer to the stimulant-related side effects.

Alpha GPC

Alpha GPC is a much more bioavailable form of choline as it can cross the blood-brain barrier, a sort of “filter” that prevents unwanted substances from entering the brain.

Huperzia Serrata (0.5% Huperzine-A)

Huperzine-A helps inhibit enzymes that break down pro-choline compounds. In a way, huperzine-A indirectly boosts choline levels in the brain.

Lutemax 2020

This is a premium blend of eye-friendly carotenoids meant to help protect the eyes against blue light. It’s nice to have, but it’s not a direct nootropic.

Resveratrol 99%

It’s the exact compound in grapes and red wine speculated to be linked to longevity. The reality is, it helps with heart health and also reduces overall oxidation. Again, nice to have, but not a real nootropic.

Pterostilbene

An antioxidant that can be found in huge amounts in blueberries. As a nootropic, pterostilbene can protect against brain cell ageing.

NooCube Supplement Facts

How to take NooCube

This is what they recommend based on their website:

You should take 2 NooCube capsules with breakfast each morning. Because everyone has distinct neurochemistry, the effects may vary between each person. We recommend you start by taking the recommended 2 capsules, before experimenting to find the best dosage for you. This may mean increasing your dosage to 3 or 4 NooCube capsules per day. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

Where to buy NooCube

You can only buy NooCube direct from the manufacturers website and not through sites like Amazon, with the following options available:

Options and Prices

  • 1-Month Supply (1 Bottle): £29.99
  • 2-Month Supply + 1 Bottles Free: £59.99
  • 3-Month Supply + 3 Bottle Free: £89.99

My verdict on NooCube

NooCube is one of the most popular nootropics in the world and with good reason. The formula has signs of potency, synergy, and the ingredients used are all evidence-backed. There is also some extra benefit for eye and heart health, which isn’t necessary, but I’m glad to have it anyway.

My only worry is how NooCube’s dosage is just modest at most. I appreciate the “affordability” of the product, but it greatly dents its potential as a powerful nootropic.

Regardless of potency, NooCube definitely has a good market. If you’re going to start with nootropic supplementation, NooCube’s relative affordability should make it a decent choice.
