In this Keto Charge review, I will be looking at the ingredients and claims made by the manufacturer, to see if this ketogenic diet supplement is best for your needs.
The ketogenic diet is perhaps the most popular diet for weight loss. There’s plenty of studies that say why the ketogenic diet works, as well as plenty of experts online sharing their experience with this kind of diet.
As a weight loss diet, the ketogenic diet works on its own given enough dedication and consistency, especially if you can completely block out carbohydrates from your thoughts. However, some people need a helping hand and others just want to make the ketogenic diet work faster. Taking fat burning supplements is the best option, and today we’ll review Keto Charge.
Judging by the name, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out the market Keto Charge is selling itself to. However, I do want to know what makes Keto Charge keto-friendly and if it’s worth taking over typical fat burners.

What is Keto Charge?

They have a 60-day Money-Back Guarantee which refunds everything except the shipping cost.
Keto Charge Ingredients
The formula used in Keto Charge is really simple, since they’re just three forms of the same ingredient: Beta Hydroxybutyrate.
- Magnesium Beta Hydroxybutyrate
- Calcium Beta Hydroxybutyrate
- Sodium Beta Hydroxybutyrate
What is Beta Hydroxybutyrate, and why would they include three forms of the same ingredient?
Beta Hydroxybutyrate or BHB is an organic compound one of the three ketone groups in the body, the other two being Acetone and Acetoacetate. Unlike the other two ketone groups, BHB is the exact ketone the body uses as fuel for everything we do.
BHB is produced en masse mainly by ketosis, and the best way to get into ketosis is to be on a strict ketogenic diet.
What does BHB do for the Ketogenic diet?
As a supplement, BHB is considered an exogenous ketone. Exogenous ketones are literally synthetic compounds that are designed to mimic the ketones found in our body. Their purpose is to help the body get into and stay in ketosis, while also boosting the fat burning effects. In a way, you can say BHB is the perfect supplement for those on keto.
- BHB can add to the clean energy boost that ketosis provides.
- The compound can help promote a more youthful look by means of cellular oxidation reduction.
- Enhances brain energy directly, which can help with focus and memory.
- It can also help reduce cravings and hunger pangs.
The next question is: Why three forms of BHB?
The answer to that is because you don’t want to have too much of only one kind of BHB, especially since they’re bound to mineral salts. You can have too much sodium, calcium, and magnesium, so it’s ideal to separate your BHB consumption into three different minerals than just using one mineral and potentially overloading your system.
Okay, so BHB is ideal for a ketogenic diet and justifies why Keto Charge is called that. However, my biggest gripe is the dose. A dose of 800 mg isn’t that much, especially when studies make use of grams and not milligrams.

My verdict on Keto Charge
Keto Charge is a simple ketogenic supplement that’s really just for those who are serious about their keto lifestyle. The formula is standard and the science is there when it comes to exogenous ketones and ketosis.
While the formula in itself is generally acceptable, I think the dosages don’t justify the price tag. If you’re a regular supplement user, you would know about fat burners that are also pro-ketogenic diet, but aren’t as expensive as Keto Charge. Likewise for those new to supplementing, you don’t want to spend this much money on your first supplement, especially when you’re not really sure what it is your body needs.
The aim and formulation of Keto Charge is definitely good and standard, but the formula dose has me on the fence. It’s not bad, but it is if you consider how expensive it is. If you don’t mind spending a bit more, I don’t see why Keto Charge won’t work for your ketogenic needs.
Keto Charge FAQs
Is Keto Charge safe to take?
Keto Charge contains only three BHB salts. On their own, they don’t seem to cause any real side effects. If there are any side effects, it’s usually accompanied by taking too much in one serving, and can cause gastrointestinal problems. There is also always a possibility that your body may not be comfortable with this type of supplement, and may produce symptoms that may be unique to you.
Disclaimer: Always check with your doctor before trying this out. If you feel something that doesn’t feel right, stop taking immediately and seek professional help.
How quickly does Keto Charge work?
According to the manufacturer – Most of our customers start to feel their energy levels rise within a few hours of taking their first dose. However, we recommend at least a 3-month course of KetoCharge for the best results.
Who should not take Keto Charge?
The manufacturer doesn’t exactly say who shouldn’t take it. However, I assume it would include pregnant or nursing women, those with specific medical conditions, and people who are taking prescription medications that may interfere or have a negative interaction with the supplement.
I also think those who aren’t on a keto diet, or aren’t serious about it, shouldn’t buy Keto Charge. The product is literally made for those who are on a ketogenic diet or trying one out. Taking this product and not following a strict low-carb, high fat diet at the very least could be a waste of money.
